Sleeping Awake
Reminder - Never take Mitrazapine in the MORNING!! I missed a dose last night before bed as I was watching Peep Show and next thing I know it was 3 or 4 and I had forgot all about it before I nodded off.
This morning I could hardly keep my eyes open, it was like I had banged a load of Zop's and they were kicking in hard. If I miss it at night i'll just take it the next night and not first thing in the morning.
Lesson leared - AGAIN!
Sensitive To Sunlight
I knew there had to be something wrong when each time I went outside with the sun shining my head instantly got sore as well and my eyes and skin start burning. Apparently these damn sleeping pills have one weird side effect:
Chlorpromazine may make your skin sensitive to sunlight.
Well that's that solved then. I now have to suit up to even go out now, bloody brilliant.
Still Can’t Sleep
Damn I was getting tired there as well and now it's well after 3am. Great, another week's worth of this abuse. Wish these bloody Thorazine knock me out but they're doing very little so far.
